Yes! We’d be happy to send you a replacement. Just follow the instructions for refunds and exchanges to return your item within 21 days of your purchase
What is your refund policy?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely happy with your item, just follow the instructions for returns and exchanges to return your item within 21 days of your purchase and we’ll refund your purchase.
How do you print your tee shirts?
All tee shirts are printed using Direct to Garment (DTG) printing technology. DTG is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment using inject technology. The inks then soak into the fibers of the garment. It’s sort of like printing on paper, except on clothing. Unlike screen printing, DTG allows for much more detailed prints and accurate color–essential for the reproduction of finely detailed photographs.
How much is shipping within the United States?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. For tee shirts, tanks and onesies, it will cost 3.99 for a single item, and $5.49 for more than one. For heavier items like sweatshirts, it will cost $6.50 for a single item, and $8.50 for more than one. Any orders that total more than $75 will ship for free.
What is Best Friends Animal Society?
For every item we sell, we donate $1 to Best Friends Animal Society. Best Friends is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that rescues and advocates for homeless animals. They are the only national animal welfare organization focused exclusively on ending the killing of dogs and cats in America's shelters.
A leader in the no-kill movement, Best Friends runs the nation's largest no-kill sanctuary for companion animals (with nearly 1600 animals), as well as lifesaving programs in collaboration with its nationwide network of members and partners working to Save Them All.
